  • 30 g yeast

  • 300 g raisins
  • 50 g walnuts, chopped
  • 400 g almond paste

Step 1

Flour in a bowl and make a well in it. Put here the yeast and mix a little with the lukewarm milk and some of the flour. Covered in a warm place for 15 minutes to leave.
