Ingredients
- Bottom Cake Part:
- 4 egg whites
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cups ground almonds
- 1 tbsp white flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Top - Cream Mixture:
- 4 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cups whipping cream (whipped)
- 3 Skor bars, chopped

Preparation
Step 1
Bottom Cake Part:
Beat egg whites with sugar until stiff. Add ground almonds, flour and baking powder and combine. Put on bottom of 8" springform pan and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Take out of oven and let cool.
Top - Cream Mixture:
Beat egg yolks and sugar until stiff. Fold in whipped cream and Skor bars. Spread the topping over the bottom cake part and place in the freezer for 6-8 hours.
