Ingredients
- 1 stick Butter
- 1 cup Parmesan
- 1/4 cup Flour
- Pinch of Nutmeg
- Salt and Pepper
- 1 cup Heavy Cream

Step 1
Melt butter in sauce pan and add flour. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Add heavy cream and Parm. Season with salt and pepper to taste and add pinch of nutmeg.
