- 2 C (500 ml) low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 2 tsp (10 ml) Epicure Vanilla Extract
- 2 medium bananas, cut into chunks
- 1 C (250 ml) frozen berries – your choice
- 1/2 C (125 ml) orange juice
