Ingredients
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 4 teaspoons curry powder
- 4 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1/4 teaspoon tabasco sauce
- 8 chicken thighs

Preparation
Step 1
1. Whisk together ketchup-tabasco.
2. Trim chicken to remove excess skin and fat. Rinse and pat dry. Toss with marinade and chill 2-6 hours, turning occasionally.
3. Remove from marinade, discard marinade.
4. Grill until done - 30-40 minutes.
Delicious!! Used this with boneless/skinless breasts. Froze and will defrosted, then took them out to thaw in the morning - marinated as it defrosted and was absolutely delicious. Served over a nice salad.
