Ingredients
- 3 medium potatoes, peel/wedge
- 3 carrots, chopped
- 3 onions, chopped
- 4 pounds bottom round or rump roast
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 can condensed beef broth

Preparation
Step 1
Place all ingredients in order given in slow cooker. Cover. Turn control on LOW. Cook 8-10 hours or until meat is done.
Delicious! Perfect texture and couldn't have been easier. Used 1 can of regular beef broth. Veggies weren't as good as would have been in the oven, but still good and beef was perfect.
