Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 1/2 lbs. cubed boneless, skinless chicken breast or thighs
- 1/4 cup Spinach & Herb Seasoning
- add to cart
- 1 cup uncooked long grain rice
- 10.5 oz. can chicken broth
- 1 cup water
- 2 cups fresh or frozen (thawed) broccoli florets
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Crumbled feta cheese for garnish

Preparation
Step 1
Heat butter over medium-high heat in a large skillet with a cover. Add chicken; sauté until chicken is no longer pink. Add next 5 ingredients; reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until rice is tender. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Garnish with crumbled feta cheese.
