Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients

• 3/4 c butter flavor Crisco
• 1 1/4 c. light brown sugar
• 1 egg
• 1/3 c. milk
• 1 1/2 t. vanilla
• 3 c. quick oats, uncooked
• 1 c. flour
• 1/2 t. baking soda
• 1/2 t. salt
• 1/4 t. cinnamon
• 1 c. raisins
• 1 c. pecans

Preparation

Step 1

Combine crisco, brown sugar, egg, milk and vanilla in large bowl. Beat at medium speed until well blended. Combine oats, flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Mix into creamed mixture at low speed. Stir in raisins and nuts. Drop by tablespoon onto greased baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
