  • 1 pound fresh mozzarella (cut into slices)

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to broil.
Place matzohs on a baking sheet. Spread each matzoh evenly with 1/4 cup of tomato sauce. Distribute the slices of fresh mozzarella evenly between the four pieces.
Place under the broiler and heat until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from oven and lay basil leaves on top of the pizza. Cut each matzoh into 4 squares and serve.
