- 1 CLOVE GARLIC, CRUSHED

Preparation
Step 1
BLEND BASIL LEAVES, OIL, PINE NUTS, SALT AND PEPPER IN FOOD PROCESSOR UNTIL SMOOTH.
ADD CHEESE AND GARLIC.
PUT IN SMALL ICE CUBE TRAYS AND FREEZE. STORE BLOCKS OF PESTO IN FREEZER BAGS AND KEEP FROZEN UNTIL READY TO USE.
