Cheddar Chutney bites

Ingredients

• 16 oz Cabot Seriously Sharp Cheddar grated (about 4 cups)
• 6 tbl cream cheese
• 2 tbl Major Grey's Chutney
• 2/3 c finely chopped peanuts or cashews

Preparation

Step 1

Combine cheddar cheese, cream cheese and chutney in bowl. mash iwht fork until mixture is well blended and holds together easily.

Shape mixture into 1 inch balls, roll balls in chopped nuts. Cover and refrigerate until serving time.
