Ingredients
- Sauce:
- Crappies 8-10 fillets
- 2 Tbsp Cilantro (minced)
- 3 Tbsp Mayo
- 1 Chili Pepper (minced)
- 1 Garlic clove (minced)
- Milk mixture:
- 1 Large egg
- 1 cup milk
- Coating:
- 2 cups Cornflakes (crushed)
- 1/4 cup flour
- salt & pepper
- oil for frying
Preparation
Step 1
Mix sauce ingredients well and refrigerate.
Mix milk and egg together slightly, set aside.
Mix cornflakes, flour and pepper in shallow bowl or plastic bag.
Coat fish with egg mixture then dip in to cornflake mixture, then fry until brown.
Serve with sauce and rice.
