Ingredients
- HONEY CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:
- 125 g butter chopped
- 1 cup (220g) castor sugar (superfine sugar)
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup (150g) self raising flour
- 1/3 cup (50g) plain flour (all purpose flour)
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup (60ml) milk
- 90 g packaged cream cheese chopped
- 90 g butter chopped
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 cup (160g) icing sugar (confectioners/powdered sugar)

Preparation
Step 1
Grease 20cm round cake pain, cover base with baking paper.
Combine all ingredients in medium bowl of electric mixer, beat on low speed until ingredients are combined. Then, beat on medium speed until mixture is smooth and changed in colour. Spoon and spread mixture into prepared pan. Bake in moderate oven (180C/350F) about 50 minutes. Turn onto wire rack to cool.
Top cold cake with 1 quantity of Honey Cream Cheese Frosting.
HONEY CREAM CHEESE FROSTING: Beat cheese, butter and honey in a small bowl with electric mixer until as white as possible. Gradually beat in sifted icing sugar (confectioners/powdered sugar).
