Ingredients
- 125 g butter, chopped
- 1 cup (220g) castor sugar (superfine sugar)
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups (225g) self raising flour
- 1/3 cup (35g) cocoa
- 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 1 cup (250ml) water

Preparation
Step 1
Coat 21cm baba cake pan (bundt) with non stick spray. Combine all ingredients in medium bowl of electric mixer, beat on slow speed until ingredients are combined. Then, beat on medium speed until mixture is smooth and changed in colour. Pour mixture into prepared pan, bake in moderate oven (180C/350F) about 50 minutes. Stand 5 minutes before turning onto wire rack to cool. Dust cold cake with equal amounts of sifted icing sugar (confectioners/powdered sugar) and cocoa.
