Ingredients
- Lightened up Caesar Dressing:
- 2 Tbsp (30 ml) Epicure Caesar Salad Dressing Seasoning
- 2 Tbsp (30 ml) yogurt or mayonnaise
- 1/4 C (60 ml) milk
- 2 Tbsp (30 ml) grated Parmesan
- 2 Tbsp (30 ml) olive oil
- For the Salad:
- 2 bunches or 142 g fresh or prewashed green kale, trimmed cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 C (125 ml) croutons
- Epicure Smoky Bacon Topper, to taste

Instructions
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine Lightened up Caesar Dressing ingredients.
2. Add kale in a large serving bowl and toss to coat. Add croutons, and top with Smoky Bacon Topper and serve immediately.
