Ingredients
- 4 cup matzo farfel
- 4 cup warm water
- 5 egg; beaten
- 4 tablespoon peanut or vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoon Salt
- pinch pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Add water to farfel, cover and let stand 15 minutes. Then drain excess
water, squeezing to get our as much water as possible.
Mix eggs, oil, salt and pepper. Add to farfel and mix well.
Spray cup cake pan lightly
Fill muffin cups right below top.
Bake 450°F appoximately 25 minutes or till lightly brown.
