  • 8 slices cheddar cheese
  • Bacon
  • Avocado slices
  • Bacon Marmalade

Preparation

Step 1

Lightly beat 1 or 2 eggs in a small bowl. Coat a small nonstick pan over medium-high heat with nonstick cooking spray. Cook the egg in a thin layer in the pan. When the edges begin to look firm and dry, turn the egg. Place a slice of cheese over the bottom half of the egg and fold the other half over to encase the cheese. Cook until the cheese begins to melt, about 1 to 2 minutes.


Slice a biscuit in half horizontally. Place the egg and cheese on the bottom half. Add baco, avacado, bacon jam. Cover with the top half. Repeat with the remaining biscuits.
