Ingredients
- 1 lb of Confectioners Sugar
- 8 oz. butter soft (2 sticks)
- 1 1/2 cups of Heavy Cream - must be room temp or the icing will curdle
- 1 1/2 tbs Vanilla
- Pinch of salt

Preparation
Step 1
Mix sugar, butter, vanilla and salt. Then add the heavy cream and mix well.
Icing stays good for 1-2 weeks in refrigerator. Must be refrigerated!
If you make the icing ahead of time and it is stored in the fridge, you can whip it up again before you use it. It will make it more spreadable.
