Ingredients
- Marinade:
- 1 lb boneless pork shoulder cut into cubes
- 1 can (6oz) tomato paste
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup white wine or water
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 16 small boiling onions
- 1 ach small green and red pepper, cut into 1 inch squares
- 1 basket cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup fresh or canned pineapple chunks

Preparation
Step 1
In a medium bowl, combine marinade ingredients. Add pork to bowl. Stir. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
Place cubes of pork on bamboo skewers, alternating with onions and peppers. Reserve marinade.
Place tomatoes on skewers, alternating with pineapple chunks.
On hot bbq or under broiler 5 inches from source of heat, cook pork skewers 5- 10 minuts, tomato skewers 3-5 minutes, turning frequently. Baste often with reserved marinade.
Remove pork and vegetables from skewers. Arrange over bed of rice, if desired, or on serving platter.
