Ham Glaze

Ingredients

• 3/4 cup apricot jam
• 3 Tbsp cider vinegar
• 2 Tbsp brown sugar
• 1/2 tsp worcheshire sauce
• 2 tsp molasses
• thyme
• yellow mustard
• 1/2 tsp allspice
• 1/2 tsp cloves

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients in a saucepan. Heat and baste ham.
Bake as usual.
