Ingredients
- BASE:
- 2/3 cup graham crumbs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/3 cup melted unsalted butter
- FILLING:
- 1 tin of sweetened condensed milk
- 5 large egg yolks
- 2/3 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 tsp lemon zest

Preparation
Step 1
Base:
Mix ingredients. Pat into the bottom of an 8" pan lined with parchment paper. Bake at 350 for 12 minutes
Filling:
Mix ingredients. Pour into cooled crust and bake for 20 minutes, reducing heat to 325.
