BBQ Grilling Sauce (chili sauce/orange marmalade)

• 1 bottle (12 oz) chili sauce
• 1 jar (10 oz) orange marmalade
• 1/4 cup cider vinegar
• 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
• 1 1/2 tea. celery seeds
