Ingredients

  • One rack of pork spare ribs
  • 3 cups of barbecue sauce
  • 1/4 cup of brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup of worcestershire sauce
  • 1 can of beer
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • Salt and peper

Preparation

Step 1

Put barbecue sauce, soy sauce, worcestershire sauce, brown sugar and beer in a mixing bowl.

Take ribs out and salt and pepper both sides.

Place ribs on the grill and brown both sides quickly, then start brushing on the sauce.

Slowly cook, turn down fire or close dampers, keep turning and brushing every few minutes. Do this for 45 minutes.

Now cut the rack into several ribs. Place in a lined casserole dish with the remaining sauce poured on top.

Put pan in oven on low for a couple of hours. Serve with potato salad, beans and corn on the cob.
