Ingredients

For the popcorn powder:
1 13/4 oz packet microwave popcorn
salt
To finish:
10 8 x 51/2" sheets sugar paper

Preparation

Step 1

Popcorn powder:
1. Make the popcorn in the microwave following the manufacturer's step. Season with salt.
2. Grind the popcorn in a food processor until you have a very fine powder.

Finishing Touches & Presentation:
1. Roll the sugar paper into cones and fill with the popcorn powder.
2. Fill a bowl or deep dish with corn niblets and stick the cone into it.
