Ingredients
- Cupcake Batter:
- 1 pkg. (18.25 oz.) white or yellow cake mix
- 1 T freshly grated orange peel
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- Frosting:
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. freshly grated lemon peel
- 2-3 T lime juice

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare cake mix according to package directions, adding orange peel and vanilla extract with other ingredients. Bake as directed on cake mix package for cupcakes. Frost when cool.
Mix all ingredients with an electric mixer, until frosting is desired spreading consistency. Refrigerate any leftover cupcakes.
