Chocolate Peanut Butter Truffles

Ingredients

• 1 cup Peanut Butter Chips
• 3/4 cup butter
• 1/2 cup Cocoa
• 1 (14 oz) Sweetened Condensed Milk
• 1 TBS Vanilla
• Powdered Sugar

Preparation

Step 1

In heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt chips and butter. Stir in cocoa until smooth. Add Sweetened condensed milk and Vanilla. Cook until thickened and well blended (about 4 minutes).

Chill 2 hours or until firm enough to handle.

Shape into balls

Roll in powdered sugar or other coating as desired, chill about 1 hour. Store covered in fridge.
