Apple Oatmeal Crunch

Ingredients

  • 5 - 6 large apples, sliced
  • 6 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 2 tbsp. white sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsifted flour
  • 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup melted margarine
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup water

Preparation

Step 1

Spread apples in greased 8" pan. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup white sugar.

Combine brown sugar, 2 tbsp. white sugar, cinnamon, flour and rolled oats. Stir in melted margarine.

Break off bits and spread over apples. Pour 1/4 cup water evenly over top.

Bake at 375 deg. for about 40 minutes or until apples are tender.
