Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 2 ox bittersweet choc, chopped

Preparation
Step 1
Combine water, sugar, cocoa and salt in saucepan. Bring to boil, whisking. Lower heat and simmer 1 min. Stir in vanilla and choc, make sure choc fully melts. Chill for 1 to 2 hours in fridge. Pour into 3 oz molds. Freeze 1 hour, then insert stick. Freeze at least 4 hours.
