Ingredients
- 1 large head lettuce shredded
- 1/4 cup green onion finely chopped
- 1/4 cup celery chopped
- 1 6 ounce can waterchestnuts sliced
- 1 package Frozen peas
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 3/4 pound bacon fried and crumbled
- 4 eggs hardcooked & sliced
- 3 tomatoes sliced

Preparation
Step 1
Place lettuce in large, shallow serving bowl. Sprinkle next 3 ingredients on top in layers. Break peas apart and sprinkle on top while frozen. Spread mayonnaise on top like frosting. Sprinkle with sugar. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Before serving, add layers of bacon, egg slices, and tomato slices. Do not toss (each serving should go to the bottom).
