Ingredients
- 1 egg white
- 6 tablespoons sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon instant coffee
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/8 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds toasted

Step 1
In a small bowl, beat egg white until foamy. Gradually add 2 tablespoons sugar, and beat until stiff peaks form. Add cream, 1/4 cup sugar, coffee, and the extracts. Beat until stiff and well blended. Fold in 1/4 cup almonds. Spoon into individual serving dishes and sprinkle with remaining almonds. Freeze until firm.
