Ingredients
- Parmesan Peppercorn Dressing:
- 4 4 4 slices Havarti cheese with dill
- 3 3 4- to 5-ounce 5-ounce grilled or roasted chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 1 1 apple (Cortland or other firm variety), cut into small pieces
- 8 8 8 large leaves red-leaf lettuce or a handful of mesclun greens
- 8 8 slices 8 large slices tomato
- 4 4 4 large (13-inch) sun-dried tomato wraps
- 2/3 2/3 2/3 cup Parmesan Peppercorn Dressing, homemade (recipe follows) or store-bought
- 1 1 1 cup sour cream
- 1 1 1 cup buttermilk
- 2/3 2/3 2/3 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 1 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/3 1/3 1/3 cup white wine vinegar
- 2 2 2 Tbsp. coarsely ground pepper
- Salt (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
For each sandwich, layer the ingredients across the center of the wrap and drizzle with 2 to 3 Tbsp. of the Parmesan dressing. Fold the bottom third of the wrap up over the filling and fold the sides in toward the center. Roll the rest of the way, tucking in the sides as you roll. Serve.
