Ingredients
- 5 pounds potatoes, cooked
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cups half and half
- 1 cup miracle whip
- 6-7 scallions, sliced
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 6 boiled eggs, chopped
- 1/2 cup sweet pickle relish or chopped pickles

Step 1
Mash potatoes with vinegar. In a large bowl, whisk together sugar, mustard, half and half, and some pickle juice. Mix in potatoes, scallions, eggs, and pickles. Chill and serve.
