Ingredients
- 8- 1 " thick butterfly pork chops
- 1/3 cup dijon mustard,(grainy)
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp. honey
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- Salt and freshly ground pepper.

Preparation
Step 1
Score the fat around the chops, by cutting it with a knife. (This will prevent the chops from curling up.)
Blend remaining ingredients to make glaze and grill 6 minutes. Turn,brush with glaze and cook another 6 minutes
