Ingredients

  • 1 box German chocolate cake mix
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 1 8 oz pack cream cheese
  • 1 stick margarine, softened
  • q1 box powdered sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Spray pan with Pam. Sprinkle pecans and coconut in bottom of pan. Mix cake according to package directions. Pour over pecans and coconut. Soften cream cheese in microwave (15 seconds). Mix with butter and cream cheese with mixer until smooth. Add powdered sugar slowly. Pour or spoon over the top of cake. Bake @ 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Cake will bubble while cooking then form a firm topping once cooked.
