Ingredients
- 2 whole chicken breasts, boned, skinned, halved
- 1 red and green pepper each, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 stalk celery, minced
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 3/4 cup water
- 2 Tbsp sweet Hungarian paprika
- 1 tsp chicken flavored bouillon granules
- 1 medium tomato, peeled, seeded, chopped
- 1 Tbsp flour
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- chopped parsley
- Buttered egg noodles

Preparation
Step 1
Combine green and red peppers in a 1 qt casserole; cover. Cook on high 3 minutes or until slightly wilted. Set aside.
Place onions, celery and butter into a shallow 2 1/2 quart casserole; cover. Cook on high power 7 minutes; stir once.
Blend in water, paprika, bouillon, 1/2 of peppers and pepper liquid; cover. Reserve remaining peppers for garnish. Cook on High power 8 minutes.
Arrange chicken with meaty part to outside of dish. Spoon sauce over chicken and top with tomatoes; cover. Cook at 50% power for 8 minutes or until chicken is completely cooked. Remove chicken. Cover.
Stir in flour into sauce mixture. Cook on high power 2-3 minutes.
Add a small amount of hot sauce to sour cream. Stir sour cream mix back into sauce. If too thick thin with water. Cook on high power 1-2 minutes or until heated. Pour over chicken
