Ingredients

  • Food

  • Zip-lock bag

  • Large bowl/sink of hot water

Directions

Place food in zip-lock bag. Close bag, leaving about a 1 inch opening at the end. Lower bag with food in it into a large bowl or sink of hot water. Press all of the air out of the bag being careful not to submerge opening to the bag. Seal remainder of opening while bag is still in water. Remove bag from water and dry outside of bag with paper towel or towel. Bag of food ready to be placed in freezer.
