Step 1
Heat 3 tbsp vegatable oil in large skillet over high heat, add 2 tbsp minced garlic and 1/2 tbsp finely minced fresh ginger, stir until sizzle, then mix in 1 pkg schwans fried rice and 6-8 pieces cooked tail off shrimp. Then stir in 1/2 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1/2 tbsp curry powder and 2 chopped green onions. Then toss with 1 c diced pineapple. And garnish iwth cilantro.
