  • 3/4 cup Calrose rice
  • 4 cups half and half, or whole milk
  • 2 vanilla beans, seeds and pods
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons sugar
  • Optional: sweetened raspberries



Step 1

Cook's Essentials Low Pressure Cooker directions:

Cook rice, half and half/milk and vanilla beans for 30 minutes on manual setting, stirring half way through cooking.

Stir in 1/3 cup sugar and cool. Remove vanilla pods and fold in whipped heavy cream sweetened with 1 to 2 tablespoons sugar to taste.

Optional: serve with sweetened raspberries
