Berried Delight

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
• 1/2 c. sugar
• 1/3 c. margarine, melted
• 1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
• 1/2 c. sugar
• 2 T milk
• 3 1/2 c. Cool Whip
• 2 pints strawberried, halved
• 2 packages vanilla instant pudding
• 3 1/2 c. cold milk

Preparation

Step 1

Combine crumbs, 1/4 c. sugar and melted butter. Press firmly into bottom of 13x9 inch pan. Chill. Beat cream cheese with 1/4 cup sugar and 2 tablespoons milk until smooth. Fold in half of Cool Whip. Spread over crust. Arrange strawberries in even layer. Using 3 1/2 cup cold milk, prepare pudding as directed on package. Pour over berries. Chill several hours or overniht. Before serving, spread remaining Cool Whip. Garnish with additional berries.
