Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. In bowl whisk 1/4 c pineapple juice, 2 tbsp soy sauce and 1/3 c brown sugar. Put salmon filets skin down on tin foil lined baking pan and pour sauce over top. Bake uncovered 25 minutes. Baste oven with pan juices.
