The best potatoes you will ever eat! These are comforting and warm and easy to fix.You can vary by using different spices, and or cheeses- sure to be a family pleaser!

Ingredients
- 1 STICK MELTED BUTTER
- 3 LBS OF SMALL RED POTATOES QUARTERED
- 1 CUP OF PARMESAN CHEESE + 1/4 cup flour
- 2 GARLIC CLOVES - MINCED
- 1 LARGE SWEET ONION
- 1 tbls olive oil
- 1 tbls of italian seasoning
- FRESH GROUND PEPPER
- FRESH PARSLEY

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Wash and quarter red potatoes, put in bowl along with the olive oil, garlic,italian seasoning, salt and pepper and toss well. Put Parmesan cheese and flour into large freezer bag and add potatoes. Shake well to coat and put into a large casserole 9 x 14 sprayed with cooking spray. Bake for 30-45 minutes, tossing every 15 minutes or so until good and brown. Put chopped parsley on top before serving
