Rosemary Chicken Zuccini Pasta

Ingredients
- 1 tbs margarine
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups sliced zucchini
- 2 cups sliced yellow summer squash
- 1 up canned crushed tomatoes
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 tbs fresh rosemary leaves
- 2 tsp chicken bouillon granules
- 3 cups cook penne pasta
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 cups shredded chicken, (from store bought cooked chicken)

Preparation
Step 1
1. Remove chicken from bones and cut into bite size pieces. Set aside
2. Cook penne pasta to directions.
3. In large skillet, heat margarine over low heat; add garlic. Cook stirring frequently, 5 min. Add zucchini and squash, saute 2-3 min.
4. Stir in tomatoes, juice, 1/2 cup water, rosemary and bouillon, stir to combine. Reduce heat to low simmer 5 minutes or until vegies are tender crisp. Remove from heat.
5. Stir in pasta and chicken and transfer to serving bowl. Sprinkle with parsley.
