Ingredients

  • 2 cans (16 oz.) fat free refried beans.
  • 3 medium black avocados, very ripe. If small, use four.
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 cup light sour cream
  • 1/2 cup light mayo
  • 1 package of taco mix (McCormick's)
  • 3 medium tomatoes chopped
  • 1 bunch of green onions, sliced thinly
  • 1 small can black olives (drained) sliced or chopped
  • 8 oz. cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

First Layer:
2 cans (16 oz.) fat free refried beans. Add water to thin, hot sauce to taste and salt and pepper.
Second Layer:
3 medium black avocados, very ripe. If small, use four. Add 2 tablespoons lemon juice and hot sauce to taste.
Third Layer
1 cup light sour cream
1/2 cup light mayo
1 package of taco mix (McCormick's)
Each layer is spread evenly in container.
Top with:
3 medium tomatoes chopped
1 bunch of green onions, sliced thinly
1 small can black olives (drained) sliced or chopped
8 oz. cheddar cheese
