Whisk 5 tbsp lime juice, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tsp grated lime zest, 3 tbsp tequilla, 1 tbsp agave syrup or honey, 3 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp cumin, 1/4 tsp allspice, 2 tsp fresh oregano, 2 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper. Pour over 2 1/2 lbs 1 inch cubed Boston butt or boneless country ribs. Refigerate overnight. Put on kebab squers and thread with vegetables, pineapple, and whatever else. Take remainging marinade and put in sauce pan, bring to a boil and boil 1 minutes. Then use that to brush over kebabs. WE TRIED THIS 1/13 AND EVERYONE LOVED THEM.
