Ingredients

  • 2 cans (14 1/2 oz each) chicken broth
  • 1 can (14 1/2 oz) Del Monte Diced Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic & Oregano
  • 1 can (15 1/4 oz) Del Monte Whole Kernel Golden Sweet Corn, drained
  • 1 can (14 1/2 oz) Del Monte Peas and Carrots, drained
  • 1 can (14 1/2 oz) Del Monte French Style Green Beans or Cut Green Beans, drained
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked chicken, cut into bite-size pieces

Step 1

Combine broth, undrained tomatoes and remaining ingredients in large saucepan.

Bring to boil; reduce heat. Simmer uncovered 3 minutes or until heated through. Serve with Parmesan cheese, if desired.
