Ingredients
- 3/4 cup canned black beans, drained, rinsed & mashed
- 2 Tbs sour cream
- Several dashes hot sauce
- 1/4 cup shredded smoked cheddar cheese
- Several pickled or fresh jalapeno slices
- 2 Tbs crumbled cooked bacon
- Chopped cilantro
- 10-12 inch soft tortilla or wrap

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients, except tortilla, together in bowl. Fill tortilla or wrap. Fold securely & brown in panini maker or in pan, until cheese is melted
