Creamy Parmesan Rice

Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp butter
- 2-3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 Cup uncooked rice
- 1 Cup water
- 1 Cup milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp parsley
- splash of milk if desired

Preparation
Step 1
Saute garlic in butter in a medium saucepan on medium heat until fragrant. Add rice and stir to coat in butter. Add water, milk, and salt and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover, and cook for 20 minutes. Stir in Parmesan cheese and parsley.Season with salt. Add a splash of milk if creamier rice is desired. Rest off of heat for 5 minutes.
