Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1/2 pound ground pork
- 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/3 cup grated pecorino cheese
- 3 eggs
- 1 clove garlic, diced
- 3/4 cup bread crumbs

Step 1
Preheat oven too 350 degrees.
Combine all ingredients. Mix well.
Roll meat mixture into meatballs, whatever size you prefer.
Bake meatballs in 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes.
Add to your favorite spaghetti sauce and serve with pasta.
