- 1 lb. Hamburger
- 15 oz. Ricotta Cheese
- 12 Uncooked Lasagne Noodles
- 1 Jar Spaghetti Sauce
- 3 C. Mozzarealla, shredded

Preparation
Step 1
In skillet over med. heat, cook beef until brown, spoon off fat. Add spaghetti sauce; heat stirring constantly.
In 9x13 greased pan, spread 1/3 meat mixture. Top with 6 uncooked noodles, 1/2 the ricotta & 1/2 mozzarella. Repeat layers. Top with remaining meat mixture. Slowly pour a little water around inside edge of baking pan.
Cover with foil and BAKE 375 for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 more minutes.
(Tips for less soupy lasagne: use thick sauce; or add a beaten egg to the ricotta cheese. Let lasagne stand for 15 minutes, before serving)
