Ingredients
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 TBS water
- 12 oz choc chips
- 2 eggs
- 2 1/2 cup flour
- 1 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 packages Andes mints

Step 1
Melt butter, brown sugar, water and choc chips over med to low heat. Cool 10 mins. Beat eggs. Beat wet and dry alternating a cup at a time. Chill dough 1 hr. Make balls. Bake on foil-lined sheet for 12 mins at 350. Place 1 Andes on each cookie, when melted swirl with knife.
